By far the most commonly sold pole for construction purposes. Our SED (Small End Diameter) poles are naturally tapered, treated Radiata Pine poles, produced from high-density renewable New Zealand forests.
Our SEDs are most commonly stocked in treatment Hazard Class Level CCA H5. Sizes range from 150mm to 500mm SED with the specified size allowing for a 25mm tolerance in diameter. So a 150SED allows for Small End Diameters from 150mm-174mm (and so on through the range).
NZ Poles can provide SEDs in lengths from 1.8m right through to 18m.
NZ Pole SEDs can also be custom treated to H6 Marine and H6+ Marine (for tropical applications). ACQ and MCA Treatments are also available as a custom treatment option.
